Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak-day shifts (Fri–Sun + holidays).
• Ability to stand/walk during entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience with best-in-class service, presenting the brand with product knowledge.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through clienteling practices.
• Support store operations including stock replenishment and merchandising, and keep the store clean and organized.
