Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a Seasonal Retail Ambassador for our Southlake, TX location to deliver exceptional customer experiences and embody our brand values on the sales floor. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming store culture.

You’ll also assist with light operational tasks to keep the store organized and presentable, including stock replenishment and merchandise display.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with Peak/Non-Peak day structure.

• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships through clienteling and personalized service.
• Support daily store operations, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
