Rothy’s is hiring a Seasonal Retail Ambassador in Nashville, TN (The Mall at Green Hills) to deliver exceptional customer experiences and live our values on the sales floor. You’ll build meaningful connections, drive sales through service, and support a welcoming, inclusive store culture while assisting with limited operational tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

The role emphasizes clienteling, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build genuine customer connections.
• A passion for service and the drive to achieve personal and team sales goals.
• Willingness to support operational tasks as part of the team.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays).
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Uphold Rothy’s dress code and wear Rothy’s shoes during shifts.
