Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties in Emerald Isle, NC is hiring a Seasonal Resort Team Member to help plan weekly activities and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our resort communities.

Join our career fair on March 27-28 for on-the-spot interviews and offers. A high school diploma is required; valid driver's license is needed. You will supervise activities, coordinate events, and ensure memorable guest experiences while maintaining strong guest relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with activities or events is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and execute events and activities.

• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities within budgets.

Join us March 27-28 for our career fair, where we'll be conducting interviews and on-the-spot offers for multiple roles! March 27th: 2pm - 6 pm March 28th: 10 am - 2 pm Location: 9102 Coast Guard Road, Emerald Isle, NC

What you'll do:

The Resort Team Member helps to plan and implement weekly resort activities and events. They will also provide exceptional customer service and ensures our guests have enjoyable and memorable experiences at our resorts.

Your job will include:

• Coordinate all aspects of resort activities from inception to completion.
• Plan, schedule, prepare, promote and successfully execute events and activities.
• Conduct appropriate and engaging activities for various age groups.
• Develop supply lists for upcoming activities and events within specified budgets.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with managers and other staff members.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.
• One to three years of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Activities experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination and scheduling skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
