Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a Seasonal Festival of Lights Reservation Agent in Riverside, CA. You will greet guests, answer inquiries, and book resort reservations during the holiday season with a focus on creating Wanderlust experiences.

Ideal candidates are customer‑driven, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and possess strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover and book their Wanderlust experience.
• Answer calls and greet people from around the world in a friendly manner.
• Make guest reservations for all resort accommodations.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and communicate requests to relevant departments.
• Promote revenue optimization concepts to maximize the resort’s revenue.
• Use reservations software to complete reservations in a timely manner.
• Generate and audit daily reservations reports.
• Upsell resort amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in achieving monthly ADR, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort and surrounding area.
• Stay updated on promotions and policies.
• Handle guest situations professionally and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Front Desk, Guest Services.
• Interact with staff respectfully.
• Other duties as assigned.
