Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hotel or resort reservations is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover and book their Wanderlust experience.
• Answer calls and greet guests from around the world in a friendly, welcoming manner.
• Make guest reservations for all resort accommodations.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and communicate requests to appropriate departments.
• Promote revenue optimization concepts to maximize resort revenue.
• Use reservations software to complete reservations independently and timely.
• Generate and audit daily reservations reports.
• Up-sell to enhance guest experience and achieve revenue goals.
• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings, promotions, and policies.
• Handle guest situations professionally and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Maintain strong relationships with Accounting, Front Desk and Guest Services.
• Interact with resort staff in a polite and respectful manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
