You will deliver warm, professional service to guests during the Festival of Lights, handling check-ins, inquiries, and guest needs with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities include registering guests, promoting hotel programs, and supporting operations during the holiday season.

Formación

• Computer skills required for front desk duties.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Check guests in and out, ensure proper credit handling, and note special requests.
• Provide excellent guest service and build memorable experiences.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services to guests.
• Interact with other departments to share information and assist as needed.
• Maintain cash handling and follow procedures for posting and refunds.
