Mountain Capital Partners is seeking a Seasonal Rental Technician at Brian Head Resort to help guests with ski and snowboard equipment, ensuring proper fit and performance for a safe mountain experience.

You will assist with boot and binding adjustments, inspect returned gear, and keep the rental area organized. The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced winter environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to fit guests with boots, skis, snowboards, helmets, and poles based on size and ability.
• Adjust bindings and settings per manufacturer standards and guest preference.
• Receive and inspect returned equipment for wear or damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized rental area and manage flow during busy periods.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and explain equipment use clearly.

Responsibilities

• Fit guests with appropriate boots, skis, snowboards, helmets, and poles based on ability, size, and snow conditions.
• Adjust bindings and settings according to manufacturer standards and guest preferences.
• Receive returned equipment, inspect for wear or damage, and reset for future use.
• Maintain a clean, organized rental area and manage guest flow during busy periods.
