Snowshoe Mountain is seeking seasonal Rental Technicians to join our on-mountain team. You’ll help guests with equipment rentals, share knowledge about the resort, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience at Snowshoe.

No gear experience is required—training is provided. The role offers on-mountain housing options and the chance to enjoy the winter season while delivering excellent hospitality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and train for rental shop operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest service standards and provide information on rentals.
• Deliver high-quality service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist Rental Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean workspace.
• Keep accurate equipment records and maintenance logs.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
