Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Rental Technicians during the winter season. Training is provided, and no prior gear experience is required. Positions are on-mountain at Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV, with start dates around late November to early December.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Guest Service Standards: provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals.
• Ensure Guest Satisfaction: deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge.
• Support Team Operations: assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks.
• Promote Safety: follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food/drink policies.
• Ensure Liability Compliance: collect and record guest/employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs.
• Contribute to Team Effort: achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks.
