Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for a part-time seasonal, fully remote role. You will guide customers seeking moving, storage, and shipping solutions, handling inbound leads and promoting service usage.

You’ll respond via call, SMS, and email, provide service estimates, and help customers complete orders in our online portal. Previous customer-facing experience is preferred; strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
