Storage Scholars is seeking an Inbound Sales Specialist for a part-time seasonal, fully remote role. You will guide customers seeking move-in/move-out, storage, and shipping solutions, helping them navigate our online portal and book services.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, sales aptitude, and the ability to manage fast-paced workloads. Flexible schedule during peak season (March–September) is required.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound leads from both lead form submissions and inbound calls.
• Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage.
• Provide service estimates for customers via call, SMS, and email.
• Guide customers through their order flow in our online portal to book their moves.
• Promote additional services and service upgrades to customers, as well as generate referrals.
