Staff Management | SMX is seeking a dynamic Recruiting & Administrative Specialist to drive hiring and onboarding operations at our Henrico, VA location. You will manage the full-cycle candidate funnel from local outreach to orientation, ensuring our partner operations stay staffed.

The role is seasonal, offering 30–40 hours per week with potential to convert to permanent depending on performance and business needs; typical schedule Monday–Friday 11:00 AM–7:30 PM.

Formación

• 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred.
• Proficient with ATS and HRIS systems.
• MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and represent the company at local job fairs and community hiring events.
• Conduct interviews, manage candidates through the hiring funnel, and facilitate onboarding.
• Coordinate, set up, and lead new-hire orientations.
• Complete all necessary administrative data entries, documentation, and compliance tasks accurately.
• Provide hands‑on shift coverage and adapt to changing facility needs.
