This on-site role places you at the heart of our Fixed Based Operator operations, working closely with clients, passengers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth flight handling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic English communication skills (B1 level or above).
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Preferably at least one year of mechanical or ramp experience.
• Direct line and ramp experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage and amenities.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety and quality standards.
• Support a safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
