The role involves operating radiology equipment to perform imaging procedures while ensuring patient care and safety. The ideal candidate is a graduate of an Allied Health program with 0-2 years of experience, ARRT-certified radiologic technologist with a state license, and BLS/ACLS certification as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Allied Health program.
• 0-2 years of related radiology experience preferred.
• Current ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification and state license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures including Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy and Surgery.
• Acquire and verify patient information, orders, reports, and PACS entries.
• Prepare equipment and supplies; maintain clean, organized work areas.

The Radiology Tech operates Radiology equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures including Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy and Surgery.
• Obtains all required documentation/supplies.
• Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.
• Organizes work area and maintains supplies.

• RADIOGRAPHY (ARRT) CERTIFIED RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST (STATE LICENSE)
