St. Marys Medical Center Hospital is seeking a Radiology Technician to operate radiology equipment and perform imaging procedures per protocol. The role supports patient care through direct and indirect responsibilities during daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Allied Health Program
• 0-2 yrs experience
• ARRT certification and state license
• BLS/CPR certification

The Radiology Tech operates Radiology equipment to perform a variety of imaging procedures as indicated by protocol. Attends to direct and indirect patient care needs to ensure successful completion of their imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures including Portables, Trauma, ER, Fluoroscopy and Surgery.


• Obtains all required documentation/supplies.


• Assures correct patient information on requests, reports and PAC's.


• Organizes work area and maintains supplies.

Qualifications

Education:

• Graduate of Allied Health Program

Experience:

• 0-2 yrs

License:

• RADIOGRAPHY (ARRT) CERTIFIED RADIOLOGIC TECHNOLOGIST (STATE LICENSE)

Certifications:

• BLS/CPR (AMERICAN HEART ASSN)
