Job summary

Brew Dr. Kombucha is seeking a Seasonal Quality Technician to support our PM shift at the Tualatin, Oregon facility. You will verify quality procedures on the production floor and ensure products meet internal standards.

This full-time, temporary role runs for 6-8 months starting in November 2026. You will monitor GMPs, review records, and work with production and lab teams to uphold food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• BS degree or coursework in a related field (Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology).
• Experience in Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMPs and FSMA practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and recommendations to employees in production regarding GMPs, product specifications, and food safety practices.
• Train new hires in the FSQA Department on key tasks and job responsibilities.
• Monitor GMPs, product specifications, SOPs, SSOPs, and food safety.
• Address all GMP violations with both production management and team members.
• Conduct sampling and perform routine checks on packaging lines, including lot codes, components, integrity, and cap torque.
• Furnish accurate verbal and written reports and shift hand-downs to the quality department and plant management.
