Brew Dr. Kombucha is seeking a Seasonal Quality Technician to verify quality procedures on the production floor and ensure all products meet internal standards. You will monitor GMPs, review records, and collaborate with the lab team to maintain timely quality output.

The position is full-time, temporary, lasting 6–8 months starting in November 2026. Seasonal team members receive benefits and time-off as per policy. Prior QA and food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• BS degree or coursework in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related field, or experience in Quality Assurance.
• Intermediate MS Office experience.
• Previous food manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on GMPs, product specifications, and food safety to production staff.
• Train new hires in FSQA tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs, and product specifications on the production floor.
• Address GMP violations with production management and team members.
• Review QA/QC records including shipping, receiving, monitoring, and process controls.
