Humm Kombucha in Bend, Oregon is seeking a Fermentation Technician to join our production team. You will brew tea, ferment kombucha, and finish products with flavor and carbonation according to established recipes and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months of brewing, fermentation, food processing, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Follow detailed instructions and standardized procedures.
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Brewing finished kombucha according to recipes and schedules.
• Perform brewing, fermentation, flavoring, and carbonation per SOPs.
• Monitor fermentation processes and product quality.
• Maintain production logs, inventory counts, and end-of-day reports.
• Use ERP systems to record production data and maintain accuracy.
