Zusammenfassung

Apex Systems is seeking a QA Technician in Bensenville, IL to ensure product quality and monitor process deviations during the shift. You will collect production data, perform lab tests, and verify that processes and finished goods meet specifications.

Responsibilities include documenting trials, reporting deviations to the FSQR Manager, and supporting QA activities across the plant. This is a contract on-site role with emphasis on GMP compliance and accurate shift reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent job experience.
• Experience: Prior QA experience in the food industry is a plus.

• Monitor and record product quality attributes (moisture, texture, size, count/lb, weight).
• Conduct process checks and record parameters.
• Identify and hold out-of-spec products; document quantities.
