Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred: 2+ years operating motorized equipment in public works or similar.

Responsibilities

• Operate Town equipment including wheel loader, skid steer, tractor, backhoe and related tools.
• Perform street, building, park maintenance and snow removal.
• Assist in pond ice rink maintenance and traffic signage installation.
• Provide safe, clean worksite and adhere to safety standards.
• Attend to equipment maintenance and report issues promptly.
