Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance initiatives within the warehouse. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, driving high standards for accuracy, customer service, and collaboration.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships with staff and management, overseeing training, and ensuring compliance with safety policies while optimizing department resources for maximum output. Prior management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must lift 70 lbs/32 kg and work flexible shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree and prior management experience.

Responsibilities
