Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to oversee safety, production, and attendance within a warehouse setting. The role ensures high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork across all levels of staff.

You will lead efforts to improve processes, train staff, and maintain compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with employees and customers, coordinating training, and driving a positive, proactive safety culture

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
