UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes setting high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while fostering strong interdepartmental cooperation.

You will provide innovative leadership, build relationships at all levels, and implement development plans to support ongoing staff growth and performance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Provides innovative leadership and builds relationships with all levels of personnel throughout the organization.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing communication and cooperation.
• Implements employee personal development plans for continued growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, materials, evaluations and coaching for staff.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies.
