Job summary

Weber Blackstone in Providence, Utah, seeks a Seasonal PT International Logistics Clerk to process CIPL documents, track ocean shipments, and respond to emails from customers and factories. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process CIPL documents for various customers using specified platforms for each account.
• Track ocean container shipments and provide real-time status updates across tracking platforms.
• Receive, organize, and respond to emails from customers and factories regarding shipping documents.
• Collaborate with internal accounting to ensure invoices and billing packets are accurate and on time.
• Create and update SOPs and Excel templates to streamline efficiency.
• Collaborate with import team to manage accounts and troubleshoot issues.
• Update SAP and perform assigned tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
