Job summary

North Atlantic Imports, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in Vermont to pull, label, palletize, and process orders. You will support quality control, apply packaging, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a warehouse setting.

The role requires physical endurance, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort with a 4pm–2:30am schedule. This seasonal position lasts up to 120 days and offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math and computer skills are expected.
• Warehouse experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• 5S/lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Experience with inventory handling and shipping processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments.
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor.
• Participates in quality control processes.
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor.
• Maintains safe work practices and wears PPE.
• Keeps the facility clean and debris free, and maintains 5S standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Boxes and processes orders.
• Interacts professionally with incoming/outgoing shifts.

Role Overview

Essential Functions:

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor
• Takes an active role in the quality control process
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor
• Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
• Keeps facility clean and debris free
• Other duties as assigned
• Boxes and processes orders
• Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards
• Follow all Handbook Policies
• Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts

Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic understanding of WMS preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk, stand, and lift most of the shift
• 5S/lean manufacturing experience preferred

• Schedule is M-Th: 4pm - 2:30am
• This is a seasonal position (employment will last up to 120 days depending on company need)
