Job summary

Weber Blackstone is hiring for a warehouse associate to pull and palletize inventory, label shipments, and support quality control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic math, general computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior forklift and WMS experience are preferred to help maintain efficient operations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Basic math and computer skills needed for daily warehouse tasks.
• Experience with 5S/lean manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Understanding of WMS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments.
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor.
• Participates in quality control processes.
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment and follow PPE guidelines.
• Handle routine duties and support accuracy in order processing.
• Follow 5S standards and professional handoffs between shifts.

Role Overview Essential Functions:

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor
• Takes an active role in the quality control process
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor
• Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
• Keeps facility clean and debris free
• Other duties as assigned
• Boxes and processes orders
• Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards
• Follow all Handbook Policies
• Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts

Qualifications Needed:

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to walk, stand, and lift most of the shift
