Job summary

Inspire Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our outdoor-focused team. You will perform repairs and keep spaces safe and well-maintained across our manufactured housing communities, delivering dependable service to residents.

You'll handle appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, seasonal duties like lawn care and pool operations, and work with a supportive crew to ensure our communities remain welcoming places to live.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of plumbing, landscaping, equipment maintenance, and pool care.
• A valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Flexibility to handle on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, water/sewer systems, and environmental services.
• Take charge of seasonal maintenance, such as lawn care, pest control, snow removal, and pool/spa operations.
• Keep equipment and tools, including company trucks and lawnmowers, in excellent working condition.
• Handle community repairs, such as fixing roads, driveways, sprinklers, and irrigation systems.
