Job summary

GreenGate Fresh is seeking a Production Coordinator in Yuma, AZ to support daily production planning, labeling, and interdepartmental communication. Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a production or scheduling role.
• Bilingual Spanish & English preferred.
• Proficient with standard computer software and office tools.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production estimates and prepare daily production schedule.
• Make labels for different SKUs and ensure accuracy for QA.
• Communicate daily with sales, shipping and analysts.
• Perform data entry and support production meetings.
• Knit/raw材料? (Kitting) of raw product to finished product.
• Produce hourly production reports and final daily reports per shift.
• Receive outside product and document intake.
• Attend management meetings as needed.
• Willingness to travel to Yuma, AZ and Salinas, CA as a plus.
