GreenGate Fresh is seeking a dependable manufacturing associate to support production and packaging operations in our facility. You will load products, monitor processing lines, and prepare items for shipment, ensuring quality and GMP adherence.

The role requires standing for long periods, working in cold environments, and lifting 10–20 lbs regularly. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist diverse teams and improve safety communications.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors.
• Observe equipment operations and report malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Examine products for conformance to quality standards.
• Notify supervisor of deviations or contamination.
• Maintain a safe, organized and clean work area.
• Work weekends, holidays and overtime as required.
