Job summary

GreenGate Fresh LLLP is seeking a Production Coordinator to support daily scheduling and labeling in a climate-controlled facility in Yuma, AZ. You will check production estimates, build schedules, prepare SKU labels, and coordinate with sales, shipping, and analysts.

Data entry and hourly/daily reporting are part of the role, with back-up support during shifts. Required: at least 1 year in a similar role, HS diploma, bilingual Spanish/English preferred, and strong computer/data entry skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in production coordination or similar role.
• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Proficient with data entry and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production estimates and prepare the daily production schedule.
• Make labels for different SKUs.
• Communicate daily with sales, shipping, and analysts.
• Enter data and prepare hourly/daily reports.
• Kitting raw product to finish product.
• Attend production meetings as needed.
• Receive outside product and manage daily final reports.
• Travel to Yuma, AZ / Salinas, CA a plus.

Summary:This position is responsible for checking daily estimates and making proper production schedule, labels (provided to QA’s), communication with sales, shipping and analyst.
