Seasonal Production Operator

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the production floor; ensuring the shift meets safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all legal and food safety requirements.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput.
• Completes quality and production reports hourly; performs physical and visual inspection of products; reports defects.
• Adheres to safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
• Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
• Maintains general housekeeping in production areas.
• Maintains appropriate raw materials levels to minimize downtime.
• Works in all assigned production areas; troubleshoots minor issues; performs relief duties.
• Maintains regular attendance.
• Works 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule or as needed.
