Job description

Join to apply for the Seasonal Production Operator role at Niagara Bottling.

This position is responsible for daily operations of the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with all legal and food safety standards.

Essential Functions
  • Manage daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput.
  • Complete quality and production reports hourly; inspect products visually and physically to prevent defects; report issues to leadership.
  • Follow safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all production areas.
  • Manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
  • Work across all production areas, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief duties as needed.
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
  • Work 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule.
Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Preferred: 2 years in manufacturing, with experience managing people or projects.
