Northgate Resorts in Texas is seeking Prep and Line Cooks for seasonal, full-time or part-time roles to help deliver menu-driven meals for our family-friendly camp-resort guests.

You will set up stations, prepare ingredients, cook using sauté, grill, bake, and ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and presentation while working nights, weekends, and holidays. This position reports to the Executive Chef.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills for line checks and inventory
• Strong organizational, motivational, and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced kitchen
• Able to multi-task and work nights, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Set up workstations with ingredients and equipment
• Prepare ingredients and equipment for meal prep
• Cook food with various techniques (Sauté, grill, bake, roast, fry)
• Clean and breakdown meal prep areas and equipment
• Label and store food per health guidelines
• Ensure meals meet presentation standards
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen environment
• Check ingredient quality and rotate stock as needed
• Assist with ordering and inventory
