Job summary

Minifactory in Bristol, Vermont is seeking a versatile cook to prep and cook components for an all-day menu. You will work on yogurt, braised greens, soups, sandwiches and weekly prep alongside a small 3-person kitchen team in a casual, collaborative setting.

We train new cooks and welcome experienced culinary professionals. Shifts run daytime, 16–24 hours per week, with a Thursday shift and one weekend day. Competitive hourly wage plus tips and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team of cooks and FOH/BOH staff.
• Willingness to learn yogurt prep, braising greens, soups, sandwiches and daily specials.

Responsibilities

• Preps and cooks components for all-day menu through Vermont seasons.
• Lays out and stores orders, stocks grab-n-go items, and assembles dishes.
• Works with local ingredients and supports kitchen teamwork and service flow.
• Assists with closing the kitchen and maintaining pantry items.
