Responsibilities

• Cook and package food items prepared to order or kept warm.
• Prepare items according to recipes and club specifications.
• Provide culinary support during University of Utah home football games.
• Receive orders from front counter staff for guest food requirements.
• Maintain quality, freshness, and proper serving temperatures.
