Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, NY is seeking a seasonal Premium Beverage Room Supervisor to lead our beverage operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role oversees inventory, trains suite staff, ensures health and safety, and manages deliveries while maintaining cost controls and a guest-focused service standard. Flexible evenings and weekends required; prior hospitality and high-volume dining experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine.
• Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss.
• Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and estimates of beverage costs.
• Assist with training and development of suite team members.
• Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Properly receive and store all beverage deliveries.
