Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required.
• Experience using Excel or similar database systems.
• Strong management, delegation, and coaching abilities.
• Solid math skills for inventory and stock control.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise commissary team and assign duties.
• Maintain stock levels for beer, soda, food and other products.
• Monitor daily product needs and quantities.
• Oversee receiving shipments and cycle counting.
• Ensure safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
