Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and ensure a standout shopping experience for fans of music and pop culture.

You’ll train new recruits, help manage daily operations, drive sales goals, and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory organization. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and high-energy customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Collaborative and clear communication with team and leadership.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and train new recruits.
• Support store leadership and help drive sales goals and KPIs.
• Assist with opening/closing, planogram changes, and merchandising.
• Operate the register and process transactions with accuracy.
• Share fashion/music trend insights with management and HQ.
• Maintain stock room organization and store tidiness.
