Requires at least 2 years of line cook or professional kitchen experience, strong cooking skills, ability to work quickly and safely, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible evenings including weekends/holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen or line cook experience.
• Experience working in a from-scratch kitchen.
• Strong cooking skills and ability to work with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook and plate menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Safely operate knives, cooking equipment, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, equipment, and storage areas throughout service.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and cooking times.
• Coordinate with chefs and kitchen team to maintain service flow.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating deliveries as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
