Job summary

The Lobby Bar at Quirk Hotel is seeking a dynamic Line Cook to join our culinary team in Richmond, VA. You will work directly with the Executive Chef to execute daily station prep and line service for The Lobby Bar and Q Rooftop, using local purveyors and a playful twist on global flavors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in casual fine dining or fine dining, and a passion for growth within a collaborative, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and be a team player.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good verbal communication and guest service mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily station items and execute line service for The Lobby Bar and Q Rooftop.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to maintain quality and consistency.
• Support on-premise events such as weddings, galas, and corporate functions.
