Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Seasonal Player Services team member for McCormick Woods Golf Club in Port Orchard, WA. You will assist with cart operations, course readiness, and guest service to ensure a memorable golf experience.

This position offers an hourly wage of $17.13, paid daily, with benefits options and a October 1, 2026 end date. Join a values‑driven team that emphasizes hospitality, inclusion, and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong customer service.
• Able to remain calm and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of pace of play, golf terminology, and rules.
• Able to stand for at least two hours.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, park, stage, fuel and issue golf carts for rent.
• Restock practice facility with range baskets.
• Collect and restock range balls from the Practice facility.
• Starting golfers off the first tee.
• Monitor pace of play on the course.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Cleaning, washing, parking, staging, fueling and issuing golf carts for rent
• Restocking the Practice facility with range baskets
• Collecting, cleaning, and restocking range balls from the Practice facility
• Starting golfers off the first tee
• Monitoring pace of play on the golf course

What You Bring

• Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
• Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
• Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
• Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours

With five tee placements at each hole, McCormick Woods provides players of all skill levels a championship experience. Featuring stunning views and impeccable service, The Clubhouse at McCormick Woods is a beautiful location for weddings, corporate events, or social functions for up to 400 guests.
