Job summary

Columbia Hospitality seeks seasonal player services staff at Gold Mountain Golf Club in Bremerton, WA. The role focuses on cart management, course maintenance support, and guest-facing duties.

The position runs through early October 2026 with a competitive hourly wage and benefits through Columbia Hospitality. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Good understanding of pace of play and golf rules/terminology.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, park, stage, fuel and issue golf carts for rent.
• Restock practice facility with range baskets and balls.
• Collect, clean, and restock range balls from practice area.
• Monitor and replace waste baskets around the clubhouse as needed.
• Clean rental golf clubs and manage shoe area waste disposal.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Cleaning, washing, parking, staging, fueling and issuing golf carts for rent
• Restocking the Practice facility with range baskets
• Collecting, cleaning, and restocking range balls from the Practice facility
• Monitor the levels of waste baskets around the Clubhouse and replacing as necessary
• Cleaning of Rental Golf Clubs
• Disposing of grass at the shoe cleaning area at appropriate times

What You Bring

• Possess excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
• Must possess strong customer service skills and remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
• Must possess a general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
• Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours

Stunning views and delicious cuisine combine to offer relaxation and great memories under the roof of Gold Mountain's clubhouse, as well as the ability to host 300 guests for special events. All classes of golfer - from novice to scratch - will find an enjoyable, playable experience. The outstanding conditioning of the courses matched the beauty of the setting. Gold Mountain Golf Club has hosted the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship and the 2015 NCAA Men's Regional Championship.
