Job summary

Useless Bay Golf and Country Club in Langley, WA is seeking a Landscaper/Groundskeeper for a seasonal role through December 31, 2026. The job involves maintaining the golf course grounds and performing general upkeep to support pristine aesthetics and playability.

The role requires weekend availability and the ability to operate hand and power tools safely. You’ll join a values-driven team that prioritizes guest experiences, collaboration, and professional growth with a comprehensive perk

Qualifications

• Must have general understanding of landscaping.
• Must be able to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Must be flexible for weekend work and varying tasks.
• Able to multitask and perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the landscaping grounds and general upkeep.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Keep work spaces clean and organized; store parts properly.
• Care for and maintain tools and equipment used for tasks.
• Complete delegated work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What Success Looks Like: Your Impact

• Maintain the landscaping grounds and other general upkeep.
• Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all department tools, equipment and safety features are in accordance of established procedures.
• Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location.
• Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks.
• Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• This position will require work on the weekends in addition to some weekdays
• Must have a general understanding of landscaping.
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
