Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager for Solomon Pond Mall in Marlborough, MA. This part-time role oversees photo operations, drives guest satisfaction, and leads a team to deliver a memorable Santa visit and photo experience.

You’ll manage scheduling, staff development, and daily site performance, while maintaining strong guest service and sales results during the holiday season. Opportunities for future seasonal work and perks are outlined in the program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Approx. 40 hours per week with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales, cash handling compliance, and team performance; verify deposits and paperwork.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Partner with host venues to support operations and resolve guest concerns.
• Manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
