You will schedule staff, recruit and train team members, manage deposits, respond to guest concerns, and partner with venue teams to keep operations smooth during the holiday season.

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work ~40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
