Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Dover Mall. You will support daily photo operations, help motivate a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure memorable Santa visits and photo experiences.

You’ll assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and daily store operations while leading by example in a fast-paced holiday environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work independently.
• Standards for guest service and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
