Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to lead the Mondawmin Mall team, oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and guest service during the holiday rush.

You’ll recruit and schedule staff, ensure cash handling compliance, and partner with venue managers to deliver memorable Santa visits and high-quality guest experiences from start to finish. This part-time, seasonal role offers growth and same-day pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Responsibilities
