Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead daily photo operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences during the holiday season. You will oversee staffing, train and onboard team members, manage deposits, and ensure smooth operations across the site with strong partner collaboration.

You will build a positive team culture, coordinate scheduling, and respond promptly to guest and venue needs while maintaining high standards of safety and service throughout peak

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
Availability for required pre-season training and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
Ability to work ~40 hours per week with additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
Oversee daily operations and site performance.
Respond to business calls and emails, drive sales and ensure cash handling compliance.
Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Build relationships with venue partners and manage seasonal setup and breakdown.
