Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Local Manager to lead a team delivering memorable holiday experiences. You will oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and service excellence, and ensure every family enjoys a top-notch Santa visit and outstanding guest service from start to finish.

You will recruit, train, and guide staff, build strong venue relationships, manage seasonal operations, and ensure security and accuracy of deposits. This role offers growth within our holiday division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Availability to attend required pre-season training.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Approximately 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
• Oversee daily operations and site performance.
• Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
• Drive sales and ensure cash-handling compliance.
• Coach staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with host venues to support operations.
• Manage seasonal setup and equipment security.
